About the role
The Marketing Automation Manager is a key member of Quinyx's Marketing team, driving the success of our CRM system, technology stack, and marketing automation initiatives. We are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and inquisitive professional with deep HubSpot expertise to optimise our marketing efforts. In this role, you will design, test, and maintain complex workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve overall efficiency, while also serving as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related requests.
What you’ll be doing
Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Management:
Serve as the HubSpot superuser, implementing changes, setting up, and executing campaigns - including but not limited to forms, emails, landing pages and automations.
Provide HubSpot support to marketing and sales teams, managing customer and prospect data, and creating reports, lists, dashboards, and lead nurturing automation.
Support in new initiatives such as lead scoring and chatbots.
Data Management:
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure seamless data syncing between Salesforce and HubSpot for accurate attribution, lead management, and reporting.
Ensure HubSpot data hygiene is maintained by conducting regular data checks, cleaning up duplicates, and verifying data accuracy.
Support with data compliance and regulatory adherence.
Lead Management:
Maintain the lead management process, including lead lifecycle, scoring.
Monitor leads through list uploads and integrations and ensure follow-up.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create and manage reports for marketing KPIs and OKRs, analysing and adjusting efforts based on performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Partner with Global and Regional marketing, Brand Communication, RevOps and digital teams to support regional marketing initiatives.
Training and Support:
Act as the central point of contact and expert for all HubSpot-related requests, including troubleshooting.
Train the marketing team on best practices and new features within HubSpot, ensuring high email deliverability and data cleanliness.
What you’ll bring to the team
Minimum of six years of professional experience in marketing automation.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
Strong technical skills with excellent communication and process improvement capabilities.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and experience with Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with GDPR regulations and compliance.
Experience in vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with tools like 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Dear Lucy and Livestorm.
Experience in lead nurturing, segmentation, and developing landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise campaign performance.
