As our Technical Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the engine behind our talent pipeline. You’ll join our People & Culture team, working closely with our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers across departments. You’ll own the top of the funnel for priority tech roles, map the market, source targeted talent and hand over qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.
What you will be doing
Research and map the quantum and deep-tech talent landscape across Europe and US, identifying target companies, academic groups, research institutes, and emerging talent pools.
Build and maintain detailed talent maps by discipline and seniority level.
Calibrate profiles with talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
Proactively source via LinkedIn, communities, events, and referrals.
Craft and refine personalised outreach; A/B test; maintain high-quality JD and outreach templates.
Tailor sourcing to diverse markets across the world; adapt to local talent landscapes and compliance.
Operate with agility, reprioritise for hard-to-fill roles and changing team needs.
Build and nurture a diverse talent community within the quantum space; keep pipelines warm and searchable in the ATS (Ashby).
Track sourcing KPIs (reply rates, pass-through, diversity) and keep data clean.
Make the role your own: propose and run new channels, events, and sourcing experiments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with highly specialized candidates, including PhD researchers and deep-tech professionals, creating a talent network that supports both active roles and future hiring needs.
Own and manage the candidate funnel end-to-end, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and consistent pipeline progression.
Your Profile
3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a scale-up, deep-tech, or hardware environment.
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
Comfortable with engineering vocab and reading deep‑tech profiles.
Strong with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, and creative sourcing techniques that go beyond standard job boards.
Process‑minded and data‑aware; tidy notes and accurate tracking in an ATS.
A natural relationship builder who thrives in niche talent markets.
Thorough in building and managing candidate pipelines end-to-end, with a strong sense of ownership over funnel progression and follow-through.
Crisp written communication in English.
