As a Production Manager, you will own the heartbeat of our manufacturing operation as we scale our quantum hardware from pilot to high-volume production. You’ll lead the full production flow, from nanofabrication through assembly to cryogenic testing, ensuring our motivated, high-performing team delivers world-class quality and predictable output.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited by fast growth and the challenge of building a production organisation that can scale 10× this year and 10× again next year. Quantum experience isn’t required; semicon scale-up excellence is.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the production team across fabrication, assembly, and cryogenic test

  • Own production performance: quality, output, lead time, team engagement, and cost

  • Coach and grow team members, creating a strong, accountable, and positive production culture

  • Build structure and predictability while scaling throughput at extreme speed

  • Drive production planning for both internal and external customers

  • Partner closely with process (integration) engineering to ramp up new fabrication tools and transition from pilot processes to stable volume manufacturing

Your Profile

  • Several years of production management + people leadership in semiconductor fab, MEMS foundry or similar high-volume high-tech manufacturing operation

  • Proven experience supporting scale-up, volume ramps, or pilot-to-fab transitions

  • Structured, data-driven, and pragmatic, you bring order without slowing innovation

  • Comfortable operating in an environment where processes are evolving fast
