Join our People & Culture team, working closely with our TA Lead and hiring managers across departments (tech and non‑tech). You’ll own 4 -8 roles end‑to‑end and keep the process tight in our ATS. You’ll use our LinkedIn Recruiter seat for targeted sourcing when needed, keep interview loops moving, and make sure candidates and hiring managers always know what’s next.
What you will be doing
Research, map, and engage engineering talent across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
Manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process across multiple departments and hiring levels (phone, virtual, and on-site).
Partner closely with TA Lead and hiring managers to align on JD, sourcing, selections, schedules and logistics for candidates and interview teams.
Keep ATS and hiring data accurate; use features to improve speed, visibility, and reporting.
Contribute to our employer branding strategy, including leading and participating in recruitment events.
Align hiring plans with business needs; re-prioritise quickly as goals shift.
Your Profile
2+ years recruiting in a startup/scale‑up.
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; HR/Business/Psychology/Engineering
Comfortable with engineering vocab and reading deep‑tech profiles.
Strong with LinkedIn Recruiter + Boolean/X‑ray.
Crisp written communication; friendly, concise outreach.
Calm under time pressure; proactive and organised.
Excellent English communication - Dutch is a plus.
