As a Customer Success Engineer, you will support our customers to be successful with QuantWare’s products; helping customers understand, evaluate, and integrate QuantWare’s products into their systems. You will get to work with both technical and commercial experts and play a key role in driving the broad adoption of QuantWare’s quantum hardware.


What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll combine deep technical understanding with strong communication skills to enable the success of our customers. You will:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the internal engineering, and product teams.

  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle — from onboarding and system setup to calibration, operation, and performance optimization of quantum processors.

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to improve hardware, documentation and training materials.

  • Develop and maintain technical training materials, best-practices guides to enable customers to effectively use the company’s quantum technology.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, and integration issues, coordinating with R&D to ensure rapid resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Gather and communicate customer insights to influence roadmap and product development priorities.

  • Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and partner collaborations.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who combines quantum know-how with a practical, customer-focused mindset, eager to deepen understanding of quantum technology and stay on top of developments in the field that combines:

  • At minimum a MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, with a focus on experimental quantum computing or cQED (strong preference for superconducting quantum computing).

  • Solid understanding of quantum hardware (e.g., superconducting qubits, cryogenics, microwave engineering) with an experimental quantum background, very preferably superconducting.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

  • Eager to deepen technical understanding of quantum hardware.
