We’re building a world-class team to redefine knowledge work with AI
Zeno is a legal AI startup building a platform that helps lawyers research, review, and draft documents with real legal reasoning — not just text prediction. We’re developing technology that can:
Search and retrieve statutes, case law, and commentary with high precision.
Reason step-by-step, applying legal tests and weighing precedents.
Explain every answer transparently, so lawyers can trace conclusions back to the exact sources.
Where most tools automate surface-level tasks, we’re focused on replicating the way lawyers actually think through legal problems, making depth and trust the foundation of everything we build.
You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.
The role
Build the infrastructure that makes our revenue engine reliable and scalable.
Zeno is scaling its go-to-market across Benelux and into new markets. To do that well, we need the systems, data and automations underneath to actually work. That is what this role is about.
As our first RevOps / GTM Engineering Lead, you will own the tools and workflows that move leads through the funnel, keep our data trustworthy and give Sales, Marketing and CS a clear picture of what is happening at any point in the pipeline. You will also be the person connecting our product usage data to our revenue systems and, increasingly, integrating AI into the workflows that reduce manual work and improve decision-making across the team.
This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the revenue infrastructure. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and CS leadership, serving as the connective tissue that keeps data flowing cleanly across all of them.
The role What You'll own
Our GTM tool stack (CRM, data enrichment, outreach sequencing and analytics), selecting, integrating and keeping it running well
The revenue data model: one clean, consistent view of the funnel that all GTM teams can trust
Lead scoring, routing and handoff workflows, automated so that the right account reaches the right person without manual intervention
Buying signal infrastructure: systems that detect early indicators of interest (hiring patterns, funding events, product usage and tech stack signals) and trigger the right follow-up
Data pipelines between our product, CRM and reporting tools, ensuring information flows automatically and accurately
Funnel dashboards and pipeline visibility for Sales, Marketing and CS
Data quality standards: enrichment, deduplication, validation and attribution, built to stay clean over time
AI integration into revenue workflows: automated qualification, outreach triggers and CS alerts
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Build and maintain an ICP-based scoring model that identifies best-fit accounts using observable signals: hiring activity, funding events, tech stack changes and similar indicators
Set up and manage data enrichment pipelines (using tools like Clay, Cognism, Apollo or similar) so that CRM records are always complete and accurate
Build automated workflows that turn buying signals into actions (enriching a record, alerting a rep, or launching an outreach sequence) with minimal manual steps
Maintain live, automatically-updated account lists used for outbound, ABM campaigns and paid audience targeting
Connect outreach tooling to the right data so sequences reach the right account at the right moment, not just the next name in a static list
Set and enforce CRM data standards; build validation rules that prevent incomplete or inaccurate records from entering active pipelines
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, stage-to-stage conversion, funnel velocity and forecast accuracy
Integrate AI agents into qualification, routing and enrichment workflows to replace repetitive manual tasks
Identify where the funnel is slowing down or leaking, diagnose the root cause and fix it
What You Bring
4+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
Solid hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and the broader GTM tooling ecosystem
Experience with data enrichment and sequencing tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Cognism or equivalent)
Ability to build integrations and automate workflows without depending on an engineering team
Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions, funnel mechanics and ICP-based segmentation
Familiarity with revenue frameworks like SPICED is a plus
Data-first mindset: you care about accuracy and build systems that stay reliable, not just ones that work on launch day
Comfortable making decisions independently and owning outcomes in a lean, fast-moving team
What Success Looks Like After 6-12 Months
Core GTM stack connected and running cleanly, with no major data gaps, routing failures or reporting blind spots
ICP scoring model live and actively used by Sales and Marketing to prioritize accounts
Funnel dashboards in place, trusted by leadership and used as the basis for weekly decisions
Key manual workflows replaced by automations, with a measurable reduction in time spent on admin tasks across the GTM team
Buying signal infrastructure operational, with early signal-to-pipeline conversion tracked and improving
How We'll Measure Success
• Data quality: enrichment coverage, accuracy rate and duplicate count across CRM
• Funnel velocity: time-to-route, stage-to-stage speed and overall pipeline cycle time
• Forecast reliability: pipeline accuracy and reduction in forecast surprises
• Automation impact: manual hours saved across Sales, Marketing and CS
• Signal conversion: signal-to-meeting and signal-to-pipeline conversion rates
The ride from startup to scale-up
Things will break, priorities will shift, and there won’t always be a playbook. You’ll wear multiple hats, ship fast, and learn faster. Some weeks will feel chaotic, some problems will feel bigger than your role. That’s the nature of the ride from startup to scale-up: if you need stability and structure, this won’t fit. But if you thrive on ownership, speed, and building from zero, you’ll love it here.
