We’re building a world-class team to redefine knowledge work with AI
Zeno is a legal AI startup building a platform that helps lawyers research, review, and draft documents with real legal reasoning — not just text prediction. We’re developing technology that can:
Search and retrieve statutes, case law, and commentary with high precision.
Reason step-by-step, applying legal tests and weighing precedents.
Explain every answer transparently, so lawyers can trace conclusions back to the exact sources.
Where most tools automate surface-level tasks, we’re focused on replicating the way lawyers actually think through legal problems, making depth and trust the foundation of everything we build.
You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.
The role
Zeno is building a legal AI product that has to be instantly understandable, deeply credible, and easy to adopt. For individual users and for enterprises. That only happens when the story is sharp, the use cases are concrete, and the proof is real.
As Product Marketing Lead, you’ll own how Zeno is positioned, explained, and taken to market. This is a foundational role: we’re expanding internationally, and you’ll build the positioning and go-to-market system we scale with: narratives, use cases, proof points, and enablement that travel across markets without losing precision.
You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team at the center of product strategy and commercial execution. You’re not here to “make content.” You’re here to make the product legible and winnable.
Your mission as a Product Marketing Lead is to turn product reality into a clear market story and a set of sellable, credible offers: then operationalize that into assets and GTM motions that drive adoption and revenue across markets.
What you'll be working on
Own positioning and category story
Define category framing, differentiation, and positioning across segments.
Build the messaging architecture: core narrative, value props, reasons-to-believe, and claim boundaries.
Maintain “credibility discipline”: what we say, what we don’t say, and what we’re not ready to promise yet.
Build use cases that sell
Identify the workflows that actually win and turn them into market-ready offers (without stretching the truth).
Create use case content that converts: solution briefs, workflow pages, before/after demos, case studies, and proof-backed narratives.
Translate product capabilities into clear outcomes for different buyer personas (users, champions, economic buyers).
Enable sales to win with clarity
Build pitch narratives, objection handling, competitive framing, and proof points.
Create sales tools that shorten cycles and reduce confusion (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, evaluation guides).
Align closely with Sales on what’s blocking deals and fix it via narrative, proof, and packaging.
Run launches and major GTM moments
Lead launches: briefs, positioning, internal enablement, external rollout.
Ensure launches reinforce a coherent product story, not fragmented “feature marketing.”
Partner with Growth/Marketing to execute distribution and lifecycle messaging around launches.
Shape packaging and the offer
Partner with Product and leadership on packaging and plan logic so it matches buyer reality.
Help define tiers, licensing logic, and what “good/better/best” means in a way the market understands.
Support the bridge between self-serve adoption and enterprise conversion by clarifying the value and proof at each step.
What we’re looking for
Experience in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS (enterprise and/or hybrid motions preferred).
Excellent positioning and narrative skill, grounded in product reality and evidence.
Strong ability to turn messy product detail into crisp offers and use cases.
High craft in writing and structure (docs, decks, web copy).
Strong cross-functional instincts: comfortable with founders, product, growth, and sales.
Who you are
You treat product marketing as a business lever: clarity → trust → adoption → revenue.
You’re allergic to vague claims and “AI-washing.” You care about precision.
You can go from strategy to execution without losing quality.
You work comfortably with founders and leadership and can push for clarity.
You’re energized by building foundational systems that scale internationally.
Why this role matters
The positioning and use case system you build will determine:
how quickly people understand Zeno,
how confidently sales sells it,
and how smoothly we expand into new markets without rewriting the story each time.
The ride from startup to scale-up
Things will break, priorities will shift, and there won’t always be a playbook. You’ll wear multiple hats, ship fast, and learn faster. Some weeks will feel chaotic, some problems will feel bigger than your role. That’s the nature of the ride from startup to scale-up: if you need stability and structure, this won’t fit. But if you thrive on ownership, speed, and building from zero, you’ll love it here.
