You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.
The role
As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own Zeno’s product-led growth engine end-to-end: how the right users discover us, activate, build habits, and expand. This is a foundational role: we’re expanding internationally, and the loops you design now will become the default growth layer we take into every new market.
This is not “run campaigns.” It’s building compounding mechanics across product, lifecycle, and acquisition — grounded in clean instrumentation and real usage behavior.
You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team, and day-to-day with product, sales, and engineering. You’ll shape what we ship, what we measure, and how we turn product behavior into growth.
What you’ll be working on
Own the PLG funnel end-to-end: acquisition → activation → retention → expansion, with clear definitions of “value” and “meaningful usage.”
Reduce time-to-value: redesign onboarding + lifecycle so users reach the first “aha” faster (and know they did).
Build lifecycle systems that drive habits: onboarding sequences, activation nudges, re-engagement flows, and expansion motions tied to product behavior.
Instrument everything that matters: define events, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards so growth decisions are trustworthy and fast.
Run experiments with real leverage: hypothesis → build → measure → decide, across landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle, pricing surfaces, and product prompts.
Build and scale acquisition channels that feed PLG: content/SEO, partnerships, communities, paid tests — optimized for qualified activation, not raw traffic.
Partner with Sales on hybrid motion: design how PLG creates pipeline without breaking self-serve simplicity.
Drive international expansion via repeatable loops: turn what works into a playbook we can localize (messaging, channels, lifecycle mechanics) without reinventing the system.
Decide where not to grow: identify channels/segments/geos that look exciting but don’t compound, and cut early.
What we’re looking for
Experience building growth in B2B SaaS with a real PLG component (self-serve or hybrid).
Strong analytical instincts: you reason from behavior, cohorts, and conversion dynamics.
Comfort working close to product: onboarding, activation, retention mechanics, pricing surfaces.
Hands-on with growth tooling (analytics, CRM/lifecycle, landing pages, experimentation).
Clear writing for conversion and lifecycle communication.

You can operate in ambiguity and still ship a clean measurement + experiment cadence.
You’re comfortable working directly with founders and leadership on what to prioritize and why.
