You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.

The role

As HR & Office Coordinator at Zeno, you play a key role in supporting our People & Culture operations during a phase of rapid growth. This role can be fulfilled on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on availability and fit.

You will be the first point of contact for employees when it comes to office matters and straightforward employment-related questions, and you help execute and improve our HR policies, processes, and ways of working.

Working closely with our Head of People and Recruiter, you help create a positive, inclusive company culture where people can do their best work. You collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly and the work environment well organized and supportive.

Alongside this, you provide light organizational and coordination support to our founders and leaders, helping them stay focused and aligned as the company scales.


What you’ll be working on

  • owning day-to-day People & Culture operations, including HR questions, onboarding and offboarding, and people administration

  • being the go-to person for office matters and team support

  • supporting founders and leaders with planning, priorities, and light executive coordination

  • bringing structure, clarity, and flow to how we work

  • organizing team events, offsites, and moments that strengthen culture

  • handling contracts, expenses, vendors, and tools, and improving them over time as we grow

  • Background in hospitality, office management, people support, or a similar service-driven role — prior HR experience is a plus, not a requirement

  • hands-on, highly organized, and naturally proactive

  • trusted with sensitive information and people-related topics

  • fluent in Dutch and English

  • excited about startups, AI tools, and building teams from the inside out
