The Role:

We are on lookout for a fantastic People Business Partner to enrich our People & Culture team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to introduce data-driven methodologies across our People&Culture practices, ensuring our strategies are grounded in insights and facts. You’ll also partner with our leaders in Products in order to create great leadership experiences to our employees. You would also be involved in the upcoming Pay Transparency Directive so we can set the standard for fairness and transparency within our organisation.

Located within the heart of our People&Culture team and reporting directly to the CHRO, you’ll work closely together with our entire team, including People Operations and Talent Acquisition. You'll be joining an amazing team, with a focus on learning and collaboration. Working hand-in-hand with the People&Culture team and stakeholders, you'll drive business objectives by implementing strategic People&Culture initiatives in order to continue our focus on building a fantastic workplace.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to make valuable People&Culture decisions
  • Proven experience in Partnering with leaders and the business in order to build a fantastic workplace
  • The right skills to lead and drive projects to completion, especially focusing on organisational, collaborative and people skills
  • Previous experience as a People Business Partner, with a deep understanding of People&Culture processes, trends and best practices
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Implementing and refining data-driven People&Culture practices across the organisation.
    • Leading the preparation for the Pay Transparency Directive, ensuring our compensation and benefits structures are transparent and equitable.
    • Collaborating closely with the People&Culture team to align People&Culture initiatives with business objectives.
    • Coaching and advising leaders on People&Culture best practices, including team development and compensation strategies.
    • Playing a key role in various projects within our People Strategy to enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.

      Recruitment Process:

      1. Initial chat on the phone with someone from the People&Culture team

      2. First interview with Manager & colleague

      3. Second interview, including short case and personality test with Manager, People Partner, and a hiring stakeholder
