Social Engagement and Community Support
- Coordinate content calendar and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor and respond to our online communities; escalate questions or feedback to brand managers or business developers as appropriate.
- Collaborate with interns or agency partners to support visual and multimedia content.
- Draft, schedule, and distribute newsletters aligned with product updates, events, and brand storytelling.
- Manage subscriber lists and use email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
- Track open and click rates; suggest content improvements and optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain and update the VSTEP website and NAUTIS and NAUTIS Home community sites with relevant content and media.
- Ensure content accuracy and timely publishing in alignment with product launches and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with developers, JKC agency, and internal stakeholders to improve user experience and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze social, email, and website performance.
- Report monthly on metrics like reach, engagement, site traffic, and conversion trends.
- Use insights to support decision-making and improve digital content strategy.
