We are seeking a highly motivated Maritime IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in the preparation, installation, and ongoing support of our advanced simulators used by maritime professionals globally. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our simulation systems.

Your daily activities will be:

• Prepare simulation systems for deployment, including hardware and software setup.
• Install and configure simulators at customer sites, ensuring all systems meet the operational standards.
• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure simulators remain current and functional.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams, including commercial, development, product management.

You have:

• Experience with maritime (simulation) systems or similar technology.
• A strong understanding of IT fundamentals (networking, operating systems, troubleshooting).
• An interest to fix things.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• A Dutch working permit,
