You will get started in our CRM system to create dashboards, extract data at various levels, and research (AI) tools to enhance efficiency of the commercial team. If you are analytical, action-oriented and committed, you will feel right at home and get the chance to gain experience and make a meaningful impact for the team.
Your responsibilities as a Sales/CRM Optimization Intern include:
- Identifying opportunities in our CRM system to make it more efficient.
- Reflecting on current workflows in the CRM system.
- Researching (AI) tools and possible new integrations to be part of the sales flow.
- Generating commercial reports and dashboards using data of the CRM system.
- Collaborating with our Business Developers to understand pain-points and understand improvements.
