As a IT/ Support Engineer at VSTEP, you will be a part of our Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation, installation, and ongoing support of our simulators used worldwide. You will collaborate with others to asses performance, communicate with customers to collect feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our simulators. In the team, you will be working closely with our Project Manager and Simulation Engineers to support in identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
Your daily activities will be:
- Assisting with the preparation and installation of simulators around the world
- Assisting with testing simulator performance and operability
- Handle support for our simulators installed worldwide by phone and email
- Assisting during train-the-trainer courses
- Collect feedback on customer satisfaction, usability and training requirements.
- Help with implementation of new hardware and software (Windows) simulator components
