Why This Role Exists Now
HAPI is VONQ's fastest-growing business line and the commercial engine behind our strategic shift from recruitment media vendor to hiring infrastructure platform. We are at an inflection point: the partner ecosystem is activating, AI screening is moving from proof of concept to live commercial deployments, and the opportunity to scale revenue through deep partner relationships has never been greater.
This is not a relationship management role. It is a growth role, and the person who fills it will have a direct and visible impact on one of the most exciting product lines in European HR tech.
Your Impact in This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue from our HAPI partners by driving adoption, expanding product usage across job advertising and AI capabilities, and building relationships that go deep into the partner organization. This is a quota-carrying role where you directly influence the success of our fastest-growing business line at VONQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners (Product Managers, Sales Reps, Engineers, Marketing, etc), measured by % of end-customers using VONQ, number of jobs converted into paid campaigns, media sales, and recurring subscription fees.
- Expand AI and Product Adoption: Champion the rollout of HAPI's AI screening and EQO capabilities within partner ecosystems. You will be working at the frontier of AI in recruitment, with real commercial accountability.
- Strengthen and Deepen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the partner organization, from Product and Customer Success through to commercial leadership. Influence partner product roadmaps to ensure deeper integration of VONQ solutions, including AI-driven features.
- Enable Partner Success: Work closely with VONQ’s product, support, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
- Engage Partner Customers: Meet directly with ATS/HCM end-customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product and sales opportunities.
- Joint Marketing & GTM: Partner with marketing teams (both VONQ and the ATS) to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Technology/ Channel/ Customer Success Partner, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses.
- A genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring: you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to be curious, credible, and excited about where the technology is going
- Technical Acumen: Experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations
- Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within a partner or customer organization
- A commercial mindset: you are comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it
- Fluent English is required; German or French is a significant plus.
- Netherlands or Germany preferred; remote possible within CET/GMT zones.
- A builder’s mindset - proactive, hands-on, and excited to scale a high-growth business.
