What you'll do

\n

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the frontline of our growth strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the incredible value our SaaS solutions can bring to their businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • \n
  • Collaborating: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  • \n
  • Achieving Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, playing a crucial role in the growth of the company. 

  • \n
  • Educating: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the benefits and features of our products, understanding the unique needs and pain points of each potential customer.

  • \n
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, creating a foundation of trust and credibility.

  • \n
  • Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our ideal customer profile, making sure you focus on the most promising opportunities.

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both orally and written.
    Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required. \n
  • \n
  • \nA passion for technology and a genuine interest in SaaS solutions.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\n
  • \n
  • You live in or close to Rotterdam.\n
  • \n
  • \nCommercially oriented and a strong drive to achieve goals.
  • \n
  • \n1-3 years of work experience in a similar position in B2B or sales.
  • \n
  • You are proactive and can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
  • \n
  • You are focused, determined, and have perseverance \n
  • \n
