Role Overview

The Quality (HSEQ) Manager will be responsible for taking the lead in maintaining and improving our Quality, Information Security, and HSE policies of TWTG. At TWTG, we have been engineering and producing wireless sensors for the industry. Our sensors that make sites safer and smarter and are designed for high-volume and international deployments. With a highly motivated team, we work every day to grow and improve. Our office, in Rotterdam, is where engineers, inside sales and product experts collaborate in an informal and dynamic work environment.

Working across all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance with the company certifications, supporting risk management, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Drive and develop the Company’s HSEQ approach and strategy through innovation and best practice.
  • Supervise compliance with corporate Quality and IS policies and ensure alignment with the company certifications (e.g. ISO9001, 27001, 14001, 45001)
  • Manage and maintain the organisation manual (e.g. ISMS – Information Security Management System), including all documents, procedures, and relevant quality and security information.
  • Oversee the inventory document / context analysis document, including stakeholder management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate audits, training, and instruction meetings related to the company certifications.
  • Conduct and support risk management, with a focus on Information Security, HSE and Quality Management.
  • Coordinate and oversee the management review, including the annual evaluation of Quality and IS performance.
  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and deviations related to Quality, IS, and HSE, and recommend corrective and preventive measures to management.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all levels of the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for HSE-related compliance matters, ensuring alignment with applicable safety regulations and best practices
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of corporate Quality, Information Security, and HSE policies in line with the organisation manual.
  • Perform quality control and assurance activities for IS, Quality, and HSE processes.
  • Act as the management representative for Information Security and HSE compliance.
  • Maintain company certification requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001), ensuring effective compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for Quality, IS, and HSE processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders on Quality, IS, and HSE matters.
  • Perform other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may be reasonably required.

Critical Competencies for Success

  • HBO-level (Higher Professional Education) or equivalent experience in Quality, Information Security, or HSE management.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation and audits.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with HSE standards and regulations (ISO 45001).
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct internal audits and collaborate with external experts as needed.
