Your role

As AI is changing how users discover and evaluate services, traditional SEO alone is no longer enough. We’re looking for someone who can evolve our organic growth strategy and build a platform that is visible, trusted, and future-proof.

As Organic Growth Lead (SEO/GEO), you take full ownership of Sirelo’s organic performance.

You are a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor with a strong growth mindset. You combine deep SEO expertise with a broader view on product, content, and UX to drive traffic, conversion, and long-term value.

You won’t be managing a large team. You execute yourself, using AI to scale your output, while working closely with developers, a UX/UI freelancer, and external writers.

You’ll collaborate closely with our:

SEA specialist (shared search insights and strategy)
Product Owner (traction and product improvements)
B2B Manager (marketplace and customer insights)

This puts you at the intersection of acquisition, product, and marketplace dynamics, where you can directly influence growth.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive organic growth

Own SEO & GEO performance across technical, content, and structural improvements
Expand visibility into AI-driven discovery and evolving search environments (GEO)
Improve user journeys, page quality, and trust signals
Track KPIs, identify opportunities, and measure impact

Execute hands-on

Perform keyword research, create and optimize content, and test improvements hands-on
Use AI as a core part of your workflow to scale output and increase efficiency
Manage freelancers for multilingual content creation and quality validation

Collaborate across teams

Align with SEA on search strategy and performance insights
Work with the Product Owner to translate growth opportunities into features
Apply B2B insights to strengthen content, trust signals, and marketplace

What we’re looking for

4–6+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth
Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic growth
Strong technical SEO and GEO skills (site structure, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data)
Experience in competitive or scalable environments (marketplaces, platforms, lead gen)
A hands-on mindset: you execute, not just strategize
Comfortable working independently with high ownership
Data-driven and confident making decisions based on incomplete information
Fluent in English
