As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to take our affiliate marketing program to the next level.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Partner Marketing Lead to grow and optimize our partner network, focusing on industries that connect with people preparing to move. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with businesses and platforms that can generate high-quality moving leads for TriGlobal.
Your goal is to develop and strengthen relationships with these partners—such as real estate platforms, mortgage brokers, relocation services, and utility providers—ensuring they effectively drive new customer opportunities. This role requires a mix of strategic deal-making, relationship management, and performance analysis to maximize lead generation and partner-driven revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across various digital platforms and industries.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current affiliates, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing their performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze affiliate performance to optimize revenue generation, ensuring ROI-positive partnerships.
- Content & Promotional Support: Work with the content team to provide affiliates with high-converting content, banners, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
- Strategic Growth: Together with the head of marketing, identify markets and verticals where we can develop new partnerships.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Monitor affiliate traffic quality and compliance with brand guidelines, ensuring ethical marketing practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced level of English (spoken & written) – additional European languages are a plus.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
- Empathetic and relationship-driven – able to understand affiliate needs and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills – comfortable discussing with stakeholders and advocating for your ideas.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Leadership potential – eager to take ownership and grow into a managerial role.
- Proactive problem-solver – ability to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Awin, PartnerStack) and tracking tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
