Temporary UX Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team on a temporary basis to help optimize our user experience and boost conversions. Your primary focus will be on improving the performance of our main lead submission form, but your expertise will also extend to enhancing the overall flow of our website and improving conversion rates of Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) forms.
This is a part-time position ideal for a detail-oriented designer who operates with a structured, data-driven approach, with a deep understanding of user psychology and experience in consumer-facing sites.

TriGlobal was founded in 2004. Back then, we knew it wasn’t easy to find a suitable moving company online. And so we launched some websites in different languages to get in contact with people that were planning their moves abroad and connect them to a suitable moving company.
Now, our services have expanded to technology that helps moving companies get in contact with potential customers and convert them in happy customers. We’re active in over 70 countries, connecting over 150.000 people per year to a suitable moving company.

Sirelo is an independent online platform founded in 2016. Our aim is to help you find the best national and international removal companies located nearby you. We are doing this by giving customers a platform to share their own experiences with moving companies. Whether you want quotes that are tailored to your needs, or just want information about moving, Sirelo is here to help.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the head of product and head of marketing to increase conversion rates while capturing as much user information as possible. The more we can learn about a potential move, the better.
- Improve functionality and usage of ''MySirelo'', TriGlobal's consumer dashboard environment.
- Analyze user behaviour and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in website usability and conversion.
- Redesign and iterate on the main signup form to improve user experience and conversion rate.
- Improve the flow and usability of the website based on data insights and user psychology principles.
- Optimize Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) forms to maximize lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house front-end developer to implement designs.
- Work within and maintain the existing design system in Figma.
- Present UX findings and propose solutions using a structured, evidence-based approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with UX design for consumer-facing websites.
- Bonus: Experience with UX design in the real estate or vacation/travel industry.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Basic understanding of WordPress as a CMS (no development required).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present designs and rationale.
- Bonus: Illustration skills for enhancing visual storytelling and branding.
