RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to ensure its success, we are hiring a smart and well-structured Supply Chain Coordinator whose passion is problem-solving and who loves to support our bright technical crew. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining seamless communication between various departments. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work very closely with the Project Managers for project matters.
You will help identify improvements to the structure, processes, and supporting content around how we engage with and support our stakeholders across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to ensure its success, we are hiring a smart and well-structured Supply Chain Coordinator whose passion is problem-solving and who loves to support our bright technical crew. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining seamless communication between various departments. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work very closely with the Project Managers for project matters.
You will help identify improvements to the structure, processes, and supporting content around how we engage with and support our stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Process and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and address any discrepancies
- Liaise with internal teams to gather specifications, information, and forecast
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support Administrative tasks within the procurement team
- Provide relevant reporting, validate data and analytics
- Initiating and participating in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the PTP process
- Understand our supplier base and execute the supplier risk assessment
- Monitor budgets and timelines of individual projects
- Project management of projects that support the team, such as setting up a KPI dashboard, data analysis, keeping track of new developments in the field of plastic recycling, etc
- Maintain contact with suppliers and other third parties, including the assessment of incoming offers from third parties for services, products, and other offers
- Prepare and follow up on periodic Supply Chain Management team meetings
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with planning and/or project management
- Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Hands-on, you get energized by getting things done;
- You work in a pragmatic way with high accuracy;
- Service-minded and team player
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are highly organized, well-grounded;
- You are results-driven and self-motivated, even when faced with adversity and setbacks
- You feel comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, international team
- Above all, you have an intrinsic motivation to work on our ambitious and meaningful goals
- Valid EU Work permit required. The role is based in our Rotterdam HQ
