You ensure that our members' experience in the store is unforgettable. You are the first point of contact for store staff, the Swapdesk, and the Store & Field Manager during your shift. You lead the team, work actively on the floor, and ensure the store always looks its best! 🚀

How you pedal us forward

• Lead the member experience toward an excellent in-store journey

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the store

• Solve more complex member questions and issues in-store

• Take responsibility for the store’s KPIs

• Forecast the number of bikes and repairs needed per month

• Manage and coordinate the schedule of a team of 20 people

• Handle onboarding for new store employees (Swappers) in your team

• Take part in the recruitment process for new store employees

• Evaluate Swappers' performance together with the Store & Field Manager

• Provide input to the Store & Field Manager on daily store operations

• Work some of your hours in a leadership role and the rest on the floor, delivering excellent service to members and potential customers

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized

• Carry out bike repairs in the store

The gear you need

• MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

• Ideally, a local network in the city

• Preferably experience in retail, hospitality, hotels, or other service-oriented industries

• Affinity with bikes and customer service

• Fluent in English

• Full-time availability
