Senior Sales Manager - Insurance Tailored Solutions

We’re now hiring for a Senior Sales Manager - Insurance Tailored Solutions, to be responsible for the day to day running of the Tailored New Business function, and provide strategic insight and support to The Head of Customer Operations and the wider SLT.

Working within a diverse and talented team, as the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team that delivers against the defined budget and objectives.

The role will involve coaching and developing the sales team, whilst supporting tomorrow's leaders through our leadership programme.

What you'll get up to:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Insurance Tailored New Business team.

  • Help develop the sales leader of tomorrow.

  • Drive new business sales in line with the company objectives.

  • Help define & execute our mid-market GTM (go-to-market) strategy.

  • Work collaboratively with the other departments and team members to help nurture a results-driven team-orientated company culture.

  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

About you:

  • Minimum five years of Insurance sales leadership experience.

  • Excelled in roles that significantly drove new business revenue and customer acquisition.

  • Previous Commercial SME insurance experience

  • Proven track record in driving value growth, revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Experienced people manager who has built high-performing teams and demonstrated evidence of developing and implementing execution strategies to effectively manage, coach effectively, and balance team and individual goals.

  • Strong strategic thinker who can focus on the big opportunities that present temselves.

  • Proven ability to manage for both the short term and long term.

  • Clear communicator, outlining problems, targets, results and key insights.

  • Thrives on change and has an infectious ‘can do’ attitude.
