Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with experience in Braze or a similar CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Customer.io) to help drive our activation and retention marketing efforts. You will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns that enhance user engagement and optimize the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data-driven marketing, automation, and customer-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) using Braze.
• Support customer retention and engagement by developing automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to ensure personalized communication.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize campaign documentation and workflow processes.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Understanding of customer data hygiene and privacy compliance.
• Some familiarity with APIs, SQL, and markup languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
