Now, we're seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to lead our Recruitment & Selection team into a new era of growth and success.
As the Manager of Recruitment & Selection, you'll spearhead our efforts to identify, attract, and place top talent. You will kickstart the department first by doing it yourself and will lead by example. It’s very hands-on and only when you are successful will you be able to build a team. You will be guiding them to build strong client relationships and craft perfect matches between candidates and clients. This role demands a blend of tactics, execution, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
- Lead and grow the Recruitment & Selection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
- Drive team performance, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Contribute to the broader HR strategy, aligning recruitment initiatives with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, with a track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

- Salary between EUR 4,500-5,500 with a bonus (OTE: 100% of your salary).
