The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.


  • Taking care of the entire staff planning for your clients within staffyou. Your key account is Feyenoord
  • You are present at Feyenoord's office for a few sessions per week. There, you coordinate the operational aspects and enhance our service delivery
  • Timely identification of potential challenges and taking immediate action on them
  • Providing the right data summaries and dashboards that give Feyenoord insights into trends and developments regarding their staff
  • You continuously strive for improvement. Whether it's about providing better insights to our clients or devising and implementing the right training for our staffers to maintain service delivery at a high level: You keep a close eye on the ball
  • Ensuring that the right staffers are scheduled
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the client


  • 2-3 years of experience as a WFM Planner;
  • You excel in building and nurturing relationships;
  • Communicative, direct, and open personality
  • You are proactive, highly punctual, capable of working independently, flexible, and possess a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Entrepreneurial and always looking for additional opportunities;
  • Occasionally available in the evenings and on weekends. We compensate for this;
  • You don't give up, and you are solution-oriented.
