This is the job for you if you're looking for an independent role in a growing organization, have an affinity for numbers, and enjoy working in an organized manner. In your role as a financial administration employee, you will be part of the finance team and support the Finance Manager by processing administrative data. Your tasks include:


  • Processing purchase invoices and bank transactions.
  • Accounts receivable management.
  • Accounts payable management.
  • Preparing payments.
  • Generating periodic reports.


  • You preferably have a relevant Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 4 years of experience as an administration employee;
  • Proficient Dutch (native speaking) and English (professional level) language skills
  • If you have gained this experience within the same industry, that would be a bonus!
  • Excellent knowledge of the accounting software Exact GLOBE;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • You are results-oriented, committed, and ambitious
