We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Website Manager to take charge of all technical aspects of our website. This person will be the guardian of our website and codebase, ensuring the platform remains stable, high-performing, and meets benchmarks. They will maintain the development and deployment cycle, oversee updates and new features to ensure optimal functionality, and ensure the website is robust, user-friendly, and aligns with our business goals. For larger projects, they will collaborate with freelancers or agencies while personally handling smaller tasks and updates. Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, they will take requests from stakeholders and translate them into actionable development plans to ensure the website evolves with business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to drive our online presence forward.

Development and Deployment Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment processes of the website. (DTAP or similar experience).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams & agencies to implement new features and updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of website enhancements and maintenance tasks.
Technical Oversight:
- Manage all technical aspects of the website, including performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- Monitor site reliability and promptly address any technical issues or outages.
- Implement best practices in web development to enhance user experience.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value.
- Analyze user feedback and website analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends to keep the website competitive.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish testing protocols to ensure website functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Maintain documentation related to website architecture and development processes.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure the website complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement security measures to protect user data and prevent breaches.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Website Manager, Website Product Owner, or similar role in web development.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Excellent project management skills with experience using Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
