At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager - Dutch-speaking to own the relationship with our customers and drive value in the Netherlands and Belgium region by ensuring the best experience possible with our e-commerce platform.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling your own portfolio of accounts;
  • Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with your customers;
  • Preventing and decreasing churn by taking actions on identified risks;
  • Identifying and closing upselling opportunities;
  • Advising your customers on how Sana can help them achieve their e-commerce objectives;
  • Optimizing the commercial outcomes of your accounts.

What you'll bring:

  • At least a bachelor’s or similar degree;
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience working with complex (SaaS) software, with at least 2-3 years in a Customer Success Manager role;
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and staying up to date with new trend;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Strategic stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must;
  • A valid driver's license (preferred).
