As an Account Management Team Lead at Sana Commerce, you will be responsible for driving the migration of our legacy customers to our newest product – Sana Commerce Cloud, leading to increased customer satisfaction and expansion results. You will lead a team of 2 Migration specialists and, along with them, work in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to identify new opportunities and ensure a smooth migration for all our legacy customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a global team of Migration Specialists.
  • Defining the company strategy around migrations.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of migrations opportunities.
  • Engaging directly with customers via email, calls, etc.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure the most optimal customer experience.
  • Working with pre-sales to assess the platform of existing legacy customers and the best transition path to Sana Commerce Cloud.

What you'll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree;
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch, German, French or Italian are a plus but not required;
  • At least 6+ years of experience in sales or account management (or related) with complex products or platforms, with 3+ years in a leadership or team lead position;
  • Strong analytic skills: You are good at interpreting statistics and reports
  • Excellent communication and listening skills;
  • Client-oriented approach: You know how to get to the question behind the question, and you’re good at collaborating with clients to put together a strong, realistic offer.
