As the Senior SEO Specialist at Sana Commerce, you will be responsible for accelerating Organic Search, leading our global SEO strategy and driving business growth through continuous optimization, as well as expanding into new areas of relevance. Organic Search plays an important role in Sana Commerce’s overarching marketing strategy, and as such you will be on the Digital Marketing team, but also work closely with the Brand & Comms, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing teams.

As the Senior SEO Specialist at Sana Commerce, you will be responsible for accelerating Organic Search, leading our global SEO strategy and driving business growth through continuous optimization, as well as expanding into new areas of relevance. What you'll be doing:

  • Developing, owning and executing an SEO strategy for our English market, including keyword targeting, new content creation, referral sites, and more;
  • Providing support, guiding and collaborating with colleagues and external agencies for our international domains *(German & Spanish);
  • Supporting and influencing the SEO content program, including keyword research, identifying new content opportunities and assisting in the execution, content and page optimizations, and performing analysis;
  • Developing and executing innovative backlink acquisition strategies in collaboration with our backlink agency and via backlinking campaigns;
  • Managing our SEO tech stack and evolving reporting capabilities together with our Data Analyst.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • +5 years' experience in SEO and content marketing (B2B company is a plus)
  • Good writing and editing skills in English;
  • You are fluent in English. German or Spanish are a plus but not required;
  • Strong analytics skills, as well as experience in data and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA & GSC;
  • You have experience in doing keyword research, technical analysis, writing content, building SEO strategies and link-building audits.
