What you'll be doing:

  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Pro-actively think along with the customer to resolve their questions quickly.
  • Solve issues in their webstores by yourself or with the international team members
  • Handle customer questions via a ticketing system / on-call (where necessary) within an agreed time frame.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction
  • Continuous engagement with all our customers in the region and Solving problems effectively and efficiently

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree (equivalent academic qualification or working experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, part of it in a technical support role in the EMEA market
  • Strong English communication skills with speaking and writing skills.
  • Customer service skills. Potential to make a great experience, the ability to not give up, and strive to reach the best possible solution for our customers.
  • Great organizational skills. Superior project and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical affinity. Affinity with tech products and interest to learn about our software solution!
  • Technical Understanding: Possess basic technical knowledge, understanding of company products and services, and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Should be willing to work on shift based – European timings
