As a Project Manager/Assistant - French Speaking, you will be the main point of contact for members of our panel participating in quantitative and qualitative research studies. Your primary mission will be to efficiently respond to incoming tickets from panelists (questions, technical issues, requests for clarification), while ensuring thorough follow-up and delivering an optimal user experience. As a Project Manager you are the central point of contact for facilitating market research. You maintain communication with the client about the research and are responsible for developing the plan of approach and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and handle panelist tickets via our CRM/support tool (helpdesk)
Strong command of a CRM software
Preparing projects in collaboration with the client
Advising the client: understands the underlying question behind the research project
Respond to questions regarding participation procedures, incentives, survey access, technical issues, etc.
Identify bugs or recurring issues and escalate them to the technical team or panel management
Contribute to updating the knowledge base (FAQ, template answers, panelist guides)
Collaborate with the research teams to share relevant feedback from panelists (questionnaire quality, length, misunderstandings…)
Providing interim feedback and conducting final evaluations with the client
Planning and conducting status meetings with the client in collaboration with Sales
Participate in the continuous improvement of the panelist experience
Monitor performance indicators (response time, satisfaction rate, resolution rate)

Acting as backup and support for the Senior Project Manager (SPM)
Profile Sought:
Fluent in French
Fluent in English
1–4 years of project management experience required
Completed relevant higher education (Bachelor/Master level)
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
Basic understanding of research methods and techniques
Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling and grammar
Strong service mindset, empathy, and patience
Analytical thinking to identify recurring issues
Proficiency in office tools and ticketing/support platforms
Understanding of consumer panels and quantitative/qualitative research is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or support is an asset
