Commercial agreement drafting and negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with international customers, suppliers, and partners. Protect our legal and commercial interests while keeping deal momentum high.
Contracting frameworks and continuous improvement: Design and optimize standard contract templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks. Drive consistency and speed across all business transactions.
Pragmatic legal advice and risk mitigation: Provide clear advice on complex queries, liability, IP, and warranties. Proactively flag potential risks and help internal teams navigate disputes or performance issues.
Cross-functional partnership and process design: Serve as a trusted partner across internal teams and advise on process improvements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties like government authorities.
