As an HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to strategic advisor for both leadership and employees, driving organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategy, talent management, and workforce planning with our high-tech business objectives. You will report directly to the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to translate overarching corporate strategy into actionable, department-specific HR initiatives.
Drive organizational design and change management strategies to support business scalability and optimize team structures.
Lead strategic workforce planning, coaching leaders on talent architecture, high-potential identification, and succession planning.
Steer the end-to-end performance culture, guiding management on performance optimization and complex, high-risk employee relations.
Architect and refine the internal talent management framework to enhance organizational capability and retention in a competitive market.
Advise leadership on total rewards strategies, ensuring compensation and benefits frameworks maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
Synthesize headcount modeling and financial forecasting with business leads to optimize personnel budgets and resource allocation.
Collaborate as an active sparring partner within the HR Business Partner team to foster knowledge-sharing, drive synergy, and establish highly effective, unified ways of working.
Leverage HR data analytics and system insights to diagnose organizational health and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
BA or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience as a generalist, specialist, or business partner, ideally within the Tech, Engineering or other fast-growth corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law and social security legislation, and general familiarity with US employment legislation.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
Strong coaching and advisory skills, balancing empathy with professional firmness.
Ability to evaluate difficult business situations and deliver pragmatic solutions that enable teams to work more efficiently.
Process-oriented mindset with a natural focus on continuous improvement and structural efficiency.
Proven experience in providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.
Ability to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
This is an office-based/hybrid role at Robin Radar premises (minimum of 3 days in the office).
