Bridge the gap between technology and learning. Help global clients master our drone–detection systems to achieve total operational readiness.

As our Trainer, you ensure our international clients achieve total success with our systems. You position yourself within the Projects and Services teams to deliver top–tier training. You design programs for operators and maintenance engineers while acting as a vital liaison. You report to the Manager of Customer Success – C-UAS to support our global mission.

What you'll do

  • Training delivery and execution: Conduct engaging, in-person training sessions at our office and at client locations worldwide. Focus on software usage, operator onboarding, hardware basics, and preventative maintenance. Translate complex radar concepts into clear, actionable lessons for diverse audiences.

  • Curriculum design and optimization: Collaboratively build, update, and maintain comprehensive training programs tailored to different customer segments. Integrate advanced product features and technical troubleshooting into the core curriculum. Continuously improve instructional strategy, content, and delivery methods based on feedback.

  • Quality assurance and alignment: Regularly audit training materials and simulators to ensure high technical accuracy and operational impact. Work closely with Product Management teams to align content with the latest software releases. Keep pace with product updates and evolving customer needs.

  • Technical liaison and support: Resolve complex technical inquiries during the after-sales phase to support client uptime goals. Act as a bridge between the field and internal post-sales colleagues. Share key customer usage insights to help improve our systems.

What you bring

  • BEng degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience in technical training.

  • Background in technical support within the high-tech or defense industries.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Familiarity with video production tools is highly preferred.

  • Ability to understand complex radar concepts and hardware schematics.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse global audiences effectively.

  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for taking complete ownership.

  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with internal colleagues.

  • Comfortable with up to 15% international travel for client-site training.
