We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO.
You will be the ultimate optimizer of time and performance, acting as a first point of contact and a strategic gatekeeper. From handling complex correspondence and organizing high-level meetings to participating in special projects and refining administrative procedures, your role is crucial to our operational success.

Responsibilities
- Prepare complex reports, agendas, meeting minutes, and tailored correspondence for the CEO.
- Develop and test administrative processes and databases to keep the organization running smoothly.
- Organize high-impact business documents and summarize data for special reports.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans to maximize the CEO’s time.
- Ensure all work aligns with company policies, regulatory codes, and procurement protocols.
- Design your own monthly schedule and help coordinate office workflow to meet high-priority deadlines.
- Act as a key bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
- BA degree in Office Management, International Business, Communication or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize complex activities autonomously.
- Expert-level command of office software, digital tools, and document management systems.
- Experience handling sensitive data with a focus on privacy and ethics.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing guidance to the wider team and supporting strategic planning.
