Secure necessary internal investments or external partnerships by identifying talent and infrastructure gaps.
Mitigate macro-level risks, from technical blockers to supply chain delays, in close collaboration with project leads.
Ensure all I&D outputs meet international regulations and internal quality protocols.
Manage the total I&D budget, tracking Capex/Opex and providing accurate financial forecasts to leadership.
Serve as the primary liaison to the Executive Team, translating technical milestones into strategic business updates.

You hold a BEng/MSc in Engineering or Computer Science and have spent 10+ years in high-tech I&D (with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/PMO role).
You have a proven track record of bringing physical products to global markets through integrated HW/SW development cycles.
