Ensure precision and technical excellence from design to deployment - taking ownership of installation, configuration, and testing to safeguard successful project completion and meet our customers' highest needs!

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of our product lifecycle, including installation, configuration, and testing. You will serve as the technical bridge, ensuring all internal and external counterparts are aligned for timely and efficient execution. By delivering detailed engineering designs and navigating complex infrastructure requirements, you will ensure our solutions are implemented successfully while complying with industry standards. This role reports to the Project Management Team Manager C-UAS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates while aligning with customers and internal teams.

  • Deliver comprehensive engineering designs, including technical site assessment reports and network/system diagrams, with a focus on IT and infrastructure requirements.

  • Ensure all project specifications and engineering designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Identify potential technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare and execute the software and hardware configuration of our products, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).

  • Address technical issues during execution, working across functional teams to resolve problems and recommending process improvements.

  • Maintain detailed records during all project phases, including change logs, approvals, and reports of issues encountered.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams like Engineering, Sales, and IT, as well as external customers and suppliers.

  • Escalate delays or technical issues within the team to ensure project momentum.

Requirements

  • BA or HBO degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field.

  • Up to 3 years of work experience in an electrical, technical engineering, and/or IT environment.

  • Experience with Ubuntu, MS Office, and Jira is considered a strong asset.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • Proactive and creative with a structured approach to tracking performance metrics and identifying improvements.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all cultures and backgrounds.

  • Ability to engage in worldwide business travel up to 20% of the time.
