You will immerse yourself in the fast-growing and rapidly evolving world of radar technology. You will learn to turn sales data into strategic insights and help shape the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Operations team at Robin Radar Systems - a technology leader in radar tracking and classification of small objects.
During the internship, you will analyze sales data and systems and contribute to the development and improvement of automation between the various systems we use. You will gain hands-on experience in a B2B technology environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams within Robin Radar Systems.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Sales Performance: Dive into our sales data to identify trends, measure performance against targets, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Enhance Sales Systems: Assist in the management and improvement of our CRM and other sales-related systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Develop Automation: Support the development and implementation of automation processes between different systems to streamline workflows and improve data flow.
Create Insightful Reports: Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide the sales team and management with clear visibility of sales performance and forecasts.
Collaborate on Process Improvement: Work with the Sales Operations team to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and contribute to the development of solutions and improvements.
Requirements
Enrolled in an educational institution, preferably pursuing a degree in a business, finance, or a related field, and in your second or third year of study.
A strong interest in data accuracy and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that can drive sales and process improvements.
A passion for technology and an ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

An internship allowance of €500 (for HBO/MBO) and €750 (for University) per month
