We are not there yet and that is where you come in. As part of the People Experience team, you will help lead this transformation together with our trusted partners and stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

1. External Consultancy Liaison

  • Contract & Outcome Management: Oversee the deliverables of external consultants, ensuring they stay aligned with the internal roadmap and provide high ROI.

  • Buffer & Bridge: Act as the filter between high-level external strategy and the practical reality of our internal teams.

  • Strategic Execution: Translate the broader business transformation roadmap into concrete workstreams.

  • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure that trainings from external partners by extracting their expertise and embedding it into Robin Radar’s LMS - Docebo.

2. Learning Framework

  • Persona-Based Curriculum: Design distinct learning paths in partnership with external consultancies.

  • Vendor Management (Learning): Manage third-party AI training platforms or speakers to supplement internal knowledge.

  • LMS: Maintain an easy-to-access "Self-Service" hub on our LMS

  • Track Progress: Implement a certification or "badging" system to track AI literacy progress

3. Knowledge Base

  • Use-Case Library: Curate a library of successful AI prompts and workflows that have worked specifically for Robin Radar teams.

  • AI Policy: Ensure the entire organization is aware and updated with Robin’s internal AI policy and guidelines.

  • Dynamic Content Updates: Ensure that our LMS is constantly updated with the latest training modules and prompt libraries

  • Learning Path Automation: Build and maintain automated learning journeys in the LMS

4. End-to-End Training Logistics

  • Operations: Manage the calendar for workshops and training.

  • Feedback Loops: Design and analyze post-training surveys.

5. Communication & Collaboration

  • Internal Newsletter: Curate a digest of internal wins.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for the MT, focusing on ROI and progress against the roadmap.

  • Community Building: Foster a community of early adopters who can mentor their peers locally within departments.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Internal AI Transformation Lead to ensure the learning curriculum and culture shifts stay in sync with our technical infrastructure, turning new technical capabilities into practical, well-adopted ways of working for every team.

6. Onboarding

  • Induction: Redesign the onboarding experience so that every new hire - regardless of role - is immediately integrated into our new Way of Working.

  • Access & Awareness: Ensure every new employee is automatically provisioned into the AI Platform and enrolled in the "AI Foundations" course in the LMS from Day 1.

  • Cultural Immersion: Lead a dedicated "AI at Robin Radar" session during the onboarding week to set expectations on our AI policy, governance, and the "Knowledge Backbone."

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Business Transformation, Change Management or Program Management.

  • A track record of taking high-level strategy and breaking it down into actionable tasks, milestones, and backlogs.

  • Experience working with (and managing) external consultancies and internal leaders to ensure projects stay on track and deliver ROI.

  • Comfortable managing the logistics of training: scheduling, invitations, feedback loops, and resource libraries

  • AI-literacy: Basic understanding of LLMs and prompting and excitement to teach others.

  • An understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and the importance of internal guidelines to ensure the company uses tech safely.

  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., Prince2 or Agile) are a plus but not required

  • Fluency in English is a must; you can turn complex technical updates into simple, engaging stories for the whole company

  • Comfortable with a flexible, project-based engagement rather than a traditional employment structure

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new project scopes and environments as an external consultant.
