🤝 Customer Support Specialist
You will join our small Community Happiness team working to provide the best experience for our app users. You are based in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and work remotely like the rest of our team.
In this position, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, not only for Relive app but across a range of our apps. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our app.
💡 What will I do
You'll be responsible for:
answering incoming support tickets (the majority of your time will go to this)
reviewing and acting on content and profiles that's been reported to us
communicating issues to the Product team
updating our Knowledge Base and templates
monitoring and answering App and Play Store reviews
⏰ Time commitment
The role is for 32 hours per week
It requires occasional flexibility for more hours during certain periods (when a fellow team member is sick or on holidays)
You'll be expected to attend a couple pre-scheduled team meetings and otherwise complete your workload as per agreed schedule that will work for both you and the team

A master communicator, natural at conveying information in clear, friendly, on-brand language
A problem-solving pro, able to translate what customers have in mind into clear issues and offer on-point solutions
Technically skilled, able to quickly find information across different databases
Able to work independently (and enjoy it!)
Able to navigate both happy and unhappy customers and on occasion deliver some not-so-pleasant news to them
👎 On the flip side, our Customer Success Specialist is not:
Passive — you'll be expected to be proactive about your responsibilities
Rigid — not all issues have "one size fits all" solutions, so you'll be expected to use creative thinking
🙋 Who you are
Must have:
Strong communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Meticulous attention to detail
Tech savviness: you love using the latest technology and trying out new apps. You probably end up giving a bit of tech support to your family at Christmas 🧑💻
A level of flexibility with your time
Nice to have:
Experience in digital product support experience
Availability for a few hours over the weekends
