Your mission

As the Sales Enablement Specialist for Tellent's Benelux region, your mission is to empower our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. You will do this by enhancing sales materials, leading comprehensive training programs, implementing effective sales tools, and providing actionable insights through KPI analysis. Your efforts will directly contribute to Tellent's goal of becoming the premier Talent Management Suite in Benelux.

About the Team

The Benelux sales team consists of 5 Account Executives a Business Development team and a dedicated Sales Engineer who hybridly work out of the Amsterdam office. This dynamic team is responsible for driving sales across the Benelux region, focusing on converting leads into long-term customers. Collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach define our sales culture.

Your 12-month journey

First 3 Months, you will immerse yourself in Tellent's product suite, focusing first on Recruitee to understand it’s features and benefits. Assess existing sales materials and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the product marketing team. Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales team members, focusing on a 30-60-90 day plan to ensure a smooth transition and quick productivity.

After 6 Months, you will act as one of the key stakeholders in the implementation of Sales Intelligence Platform, ensuring it is populated with accurate data and relevant content to enhance sales effectiveness. Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, providing regular reports to sales leadership and identifying coaching opportunities. Collaborate with the Business Development team to support targeted campaigns, providing necessary materials and insights to drive success.

After 12 Months: You will have optimised the trial sign-up flow to improve sales efficiency and enhance the customer experience, working closely with cross-functional teams. Continuously refine and update sales materials, including competitor battle cards, demo scripts, and pitch decks, to ensure they remain current and effective. Establish a feedback loop with the sales team to identify ongoing training needs and areas for development, ensuring sustained growth and performance improvement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Improve local sales materials in collaboration with (product) marketing.

  • Own the sales L&D roadmap including onboarding programme new sales team members (AE’s, BDR’s) 30-60-90 days programme and ongoing support during ramp-up period.

  • Sales tooling strategy and owning the 2025 Sales Intelligence Platform implementation. Making sure that this tooling is provided with the right data and content for improved results.

  • Track and report on sales KPI’s to sales leadership in order to measure sales enablement efforts and spot coaching opportunities with the sales team where possible.

  • Improve our trial sign-up flow to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.

  • Support campaigns for our business development team.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, preferably within a SaaS or HR technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop effective training programs. Experience with SPICED is preferred.

  • Experience with sales tools and platforms, with a track record of successful implementation and adoption.

  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
