This role would involve providing first-line customer support to our customers, such as troubleshooting, compliant handling, and provide training for customer success.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing first-line customer support, troubleshooting product-related issues, and answering customer inquiries
- Administration of helpdesk ticket, complaint registration and follow up, and closing.
- Logistics and ERP administration
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to improve the training and certification process, the product, and customer support.
- Promoting the products through presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with product management and marketing teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date
This role requires a deep understanding of the company's products, and effective communication skills, and the ability to effectively support others. Additionally, having experience in Quality Assurance, sales, marketing, would be a plus.
