🎯 About the role

We are looking for someone to be the go-to person for our Amsterdam office. You'll be the first point of contact for the team on-site, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day from stocking the kitchen to organising memorable team events. You'll work closely with our Global Facilities Manager and play a key role in making our office a great place to be. Real responsibility from day one. We would like you to join our team in Amsterdam for a period of 6–12 months starting in August/September 2026.

📝 What you’ll do
  • Be the first point of contact for the Amsterdam office, helping the team with their queries and communicating information relevant to the office.

  • Order and manage groceries for the Amsterdam team, ensuring the office is always well-stocked.

  • Be part of the social committee and organize fun events at the Amsterdam office.

  • Proactively handle office maintenance tasks; think coffee and ice machine descaling, plant care, and keeping everything in great shape.

  • Work closely with the Global Facilities Manager to ensure a consistent and high-quality office experience.

  • Collaborate on global office projects to ensure all Quinyx offices live up to a high standard.

  • Support globally by handling first-line office and facilities queries from teams across the business.

  • You will be working Full Time in the office.

What we’re looking for
  • Currently enrolled at a school or college in the Netherlands.

  • Professional fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus.

  • Need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship.

  • Available for 40 hours per week.
