🎯 About the role

We're looking for someone to support our People Team on the operations side — involved in every HR process, from operational to administrative. Reporting to the Senior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist, you'll have real responsibility from day one. We'd love for you to join us in Amsterdam for 6–12 months, starting August/September 2026.

📝 What you’ll do

• Support the day-to-day admin tasks.

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on standard HR questions.

• Review, process, and ensure accurate handling of employee expense claims.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes, contributing to projects that drive efficiency across the People Team.

✅ What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled at a university in The Netherlands.

• Studying Human Resources, Psychology, or a related bachelor's programme.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Eligible to intern and live in the Netherlands.

• Available for 40 hours per week.
