Business Development Representative

The Sales Team at Quinyx is growing. Our North American Team is looking to hire our next generation of software sales all-stars. Quinyx is seeking energetic, self driven professionals based in the Boston area who are willing to take on challenges and start their thriving career in software sales. You are comfortable interacting with key stakeholders within your territory and articulating yourself, be it on the phone, on email or through other methods you deem to be the most lucrative when building a pipeline.

You’ll be able to adapt your pitch to the market based on industry needs and feel confident challenging the status quo. We want to give you all the tools you need to deliver so you’ll receive formal training to become an expert in our tech and with a wide array of sales tools. In addition, you will be supported by your manager and the rest of your team to set you up for success!

We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Boston office minimum twice per week.

About the role

As a BDR, you will become a vital part of Quinyx’s success and the foundation of the Sales Team by developing and executing innovative ways to bring about new opportunities. You will be responsible for:

  • The prospecting of new clients via outbound lead generation strategy.
  • Engaging with inbound leads and understanding their business pains.
  • Qualifying and generating tangible interest from clients to meet with our specialist sales team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging with mid-market and enterprise clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, store visits, events and more.
  • Establishing contact with key stakeholders and introducing them to the world of Quinyx technology.
  • Working alongside your team and the BDM to build a compelling story, drive interest and ultimately deliver meetings for your AE with quality stakeholders.
  • Managing the account handover effortlessly, never compromising on communication and continuing to build and manage your pipeline for other new prospective clients.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A drive to succeed and confidence in building and managing your own territory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for consultative, strategic sales.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to learn about your client’s needs and build a greater understanding of the North American market.
