About the role
The Revenue Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the sales and customer success teams with the tools, resources, training, and support they need to optimise revenue generation. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive alignment and efficiency in revenue-related processes.
The role should bring an operational aspect to the business, identifying enablement opportunities, introducing best practice guidelines and process improvements. The role will play a very important part of our onboarding new employees in our growing revenue team organisation. The role will include some travelling. We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm office twice per week.
What you’ll be doing
Enablement Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with company goals.
Facilitate and develop business cadences to enable sharing Sales/ Customer Success best practice and knowledge, ensuring insights are infused into Sales/ Customer Success Readiness plans and tactics.
Identify key performance metrics and create plans to improve them.
Work with leadership to set priorities and objectives for the enablement program.
Training & Development
Facilitate and manage the Revenue Team onboarding programme, including milestone, KPI and target settings.
Subject matter expert of industry trends and customer behaviour through data analysis, industry research, and customer conversations.
Design and facilitate/deliver training programs for sales and customer success teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Create and maintain a library of enablement resources, including playbooks, guides, and e-learning modules.
Facilitate regular training sessions and workshops.
Content Creation & Management
Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other enablement materials to support the sales process.
Ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing to align content creation with the sales strategy.
Sales Tools & Technology
Implement and manage sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they are fully utilised and integrated with other systems.
Provide training and support for sales tools and technology.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tools and make recommendations for improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate and project lead Sales, Marketing and Customer success events, such as team kickoffs and QBRs.
Work closely with product teams to understand product features, updates, and roadmap, and communicate this information to the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign strategies, lead generation efforts, and content creation.
Partner with customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue enablement.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Continuously optimise enablement strategies based on feedback and performance data.
What you’ll bring to the team
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales/ Customer success or Sales Enablement Role.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills required.
Experience of executing and delivering sales training, onboarding and enablement programs.
Passionate about developing and enabling others through quality coaching and training.
Strong familiarity with technologies currently used by Sales teams, such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
