What you'll be doing

Team & People Management:

  • Responsible for 3 Technical Consultants & 5 Solution Architects, providing support and enabling professional development planning and execution for all team members.

  • Coach the Team on an ongoing basis on how to deliver value to our customers, accelerate deployments, drive adoption & achieve customer outcomes. Hold Team and individuals accountable for results.

  • Define Team priorities and objectives, including measures of success/performance, aligned with the overall Implementation Team OKRs.

  • Foster a continuous technical self-learning culture based on knowledge sharing, learning from best practices and encouraging collaboration in defining customer Solutions.

  • Create an inclusive, engaging, and motivating work environment, defining a joint Team mission, vision and value proposition, offering an understanding of the different skill sets of each role as well as crossover & synergies.

Projects:

  • Responsible for Project assignment as well as acting as Project Sponsor for Solution Design workstream in Enterprise Projects.

  • Responsible for Project execution in a supporting capacity, coaching other Technical Consultants & Solution Architects and being a point of escalation when needed.

  • Overall responsible for quality of Projects ensuring standard Solution Design approach and execution is adhered to, creating also a framework for peer to peer Solution validation in the most effective way.

  • Responsible for defining a structure to create expertise across geos and verticals, assigning representatives and subject matter experts across the board.

Business:

  • Accountable for TCs & SAs Team contribution to Implementation Team results.

  • Collaborate closely with Implementation US ensuring alignment of initiatives where applicable.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate and drive revenue growth.

  • Main liaison with Product and Engineering Directors, in relation to Product needs for an improved Implementation and other time saving and/or quality increasing activities.

  • Main liaison with Product leaders in relation to presenting a consolidated view of product gaps that require addressing to fully support ICP clients, as well as raising awareness on potential market opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Engineering team to standardise Solution design documentation during the Sales process and scale POV processes.

  • Work with QUINYX Integrations Team and Algorithms team in identifying opportunities to scale and reuse integrations and AI solutions.

  • Active member of the Sales Process for Strategic/Enterprise deals. and responsible for developing high-quality proposal materials.

  • Collaborate with Customer Excellence teams to identify opportunities that will enable growth throughout our existing customer base.

Internal Process alignment:

  • Lead on execution towards scalable growth through standardisation of Solution design & documentation

  • Responsible for tools, standards and methodology within the technical aspects of Implementation, focusing on work conducted by Technical Consultants & Solution Architects as well as providing input where applicable on ways of working with Application Specialists and Project/Programme Managers.

  • Responsible for providing a standard Solution design and execution framework for use across all Projects, including tools to visualise solutions in a reusable manner.

  • Identify and define opportunities to improve time-to-value, Solutions quality, and cost effectiveness of Implementation.

  • Create a framework for cross functional collaboration, defining time investment and priorities based on business needs.

    What you’ll bring to the team

    • 7+ years implementation/consulting experience.

    • 3-5+ years management of senior technical customer facing resources.

    • Experience driving collaboration across Implementation, Sales and Technical teams.

    • Genuine interest in working for a scale-up and keen to make an impact.

    • Ability to bring teams together and lead to drive success through applying coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management and expectation management capabilities.

    • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.

    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

    • Good understanding of concepts relevant to AI and knowledge in developing and integrating APIs.

    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    • High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
