About the role

You will be part of a fantastic revenue team as an intern, helping with the day to day administration. You need to be flexible and open-minded as the tasks vary during a month. Furthermore, with Quinyx's rapid growth, you will take a central part in the continued development of our processes of invoicing, sending reminders and handling payments etc.

Our Head of Revenue Controller will lead your day to day work and you will ultimately report to our CFO. We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Stockholm office twice per week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Participation in the work of sending out invoices to our customers.

  • Support our customers in invoice related questions (primarily over email).

  • Setting up new customer accounts in our billing system.

  • Booking of customer payments.

  • Helping our co-workers across the world with accounts receivable and customer invoice questions.

  • Reporting of key revenue related metrics internally.

  • As we strive to continuously work smarter and more efficiently, you will also be involved in projects aiming at improving our processes and ways of working.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Swedish and English.

  • Basic knowledge of how a customer ledger works.

  • Be amazing at developing effective working relationships externally and internally at various levels and departments.

  • Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with a proactive and flexible approach with a good eye for detail, excellent communication and numeracy skills.

  • A natural curiosity and desire to improve processes around you.

  • Previous experience of Microsoft office and/or Google Sheet is meritorious.

The WOW-factor

  • Additional languages.

  • Previous experience of SaaS-related metrics.

  • Previous experience of accounts receivables.
